Location:

Sessions are held at my office right on the water of the Puget Sound of Olympia, Washington.

Video sessions:

Video sessions are a great option when meeting in person is not

possible.

Free introduction:

I offer a free initial phone introduction. This is give us an opportunity to

check in and see how my work can support you. Please

contact me to setup a time for an initial consultation.

Rates:

$140 - 1 hr individual counseling

$180 - 1 hr couples counseling

Insurance:

I am in network with Premera, Regence, First Choice Health, United Healthcare and Optum.

For out of network coverage, I can provide you with a bill of our session(s) which you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Coverage varies from company to company.

Student and Low-Income Rates:

I offer a sliding scale option to students and low-income individuals. Please contact me to discuss an adjusted rate.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to our appointment time. Non-emergency cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will be billed at 80% of the agreed upon hourly rate.

Payment:

I accept cash and checks. For credit card payments, please click the link below and enter the appropriate amount prior to your scheduled session.
